thing each day!
Then I will blog about my experience here. I will tell you all about my creative
journey as it unfolds.
Since
I was very young I have had a huge desire to be creative and I know I am in
many ways. But this time I want to set an intention that I focus on any and all
ideas of creativity that come to mind. I invite you to check daily on my
progress. If I miss a day, please call me on it!
First,
I want to give you a little back ground so you will be able to track my
progress better. I have NEVER done anything artistic; I cannot sing a note (truly),
I have never played an instrument and all of my journal drawings are very sad
stick figures. So in a sense I am on virgin territory.
I love
to coach others on their creative path! I get so excited when I have a client
who wants to step up and discover this part of them. Now I will do for myself what
I do for my clients.
The
creative thing that I did last evening was to set out on my horse for an intentional
horseback ride. The way I do this is before I ride off into the woods I take a
few quiet breathes and decide what I want clarity on and I ride my horse in meditative
way! I really pay attention to my surroundings. I listen to the birds and the
slow rhythmic breathing of my horse and myself. I just slow down and pay
attention. It was after this ride last night that I came up with my 90 day
challenge idea! So, my first creative
idea was to come up with this CHALLENGE!
I
