To follow along with the 90 day challenge start with day 1
I am finding myself in a creative flow today of
Journal writing. I have always loved to Journal for as long as I can remember
but I was inspired to Journal everyday
when I read Julia Cameron’s book, The
Artist’s Way. I have Journals piled
high in my closet (I did not de-clutter these) from when I did what she called morning pages. A stream of conscious
writing where you poured your heart out on paper every morning before doing
anything else!
Today my journal writing is more focused. I am
working on writing projects that inspire others to live a life they love. I am
working on capturing ideas in the moment.
More than anything, I love to write
about real life. I want to know stories from other generations as well as my
own. Everyone has a story to tell.
Who
in your life inspires you? I would love to hear your stories. Leave your comments here
on the blog or send them to me in an email.
I hope all of you are having a creative day!
Gosh, isn’t life exciting when we
CHOOSE it to be!
I feel my passion rising!!!!!

Yes! Life IS exciting! I'm doing some different type of journal writing for a summer university course. I found your blog by looking for others participating in journal writing. Yes, we all have stories to tell - choosing to tell is a big decision! I look forward to reading more about your journey!

Hi MSJ,
Thank you for the blog comment! I loved YOUR blog collage and I wanted to tell you that my daughter is an English teacher and she loves Sylvia Plath.
May your Journaling Journey be filled with insights and joy!
Hugs, Judith
